1 Hour Training Sessions

$220 for 6 sessions

1/2 Hour Training Sessions
$28.00 per session (effective 1-10-11)
$140 for 6 sessions (effective 1-10-11)

Small Group Training Prices are available now.

Two people: Each person pays regular personal training price.
3-5 people: Each person pays $15 for a 45 minute session.
More than 5 people: Each person pays $10 for a 45 minute session.

A 45 minute consultation with a trainer is complimentary and available to all new members.
