Beginner Flow Yoga
A great place for the beginner to start or the seasoned practitioner to polish up on the basics. Students will learn physical postures, breath work and relaxation techniques. All fitness levels are welcome. (60 min.)
Chair Yoga
Enjoy all the benefits yoga has to offer without some of the more rigorous elements found in a traditional floor class! The chair is used as a base of all our movements, allowing anyone to participate and increase their overall well being. Perfect for those taking care of their joints, recovering from an injury, living with chronic pain or just looking for a little support during class. Enjoy the poolside warmth and view! All fitness levels are welcome. (45 min.)
Lite n Low Yoga
Inspired by our Lite n Low aerobics class, this class gently moves from pose to pose without high impact on the body. Similar to our Gentle Flow Yoga but with even more emphasis on “gentle”! All fitness levels are welcome. (60 min.)
Gentle Flow Yoga
Gentle does not necessarily mean easy in this vinyasa style (linking movement with breath), mixed level class. Postures are presented at a more casual pace while focusing on deep stretching and breath awareness. A wonderful place to increase flexibility and balance, strengthen the core and allow time to rejuvenate both body and mind. All fitness levels are welcome. (60 min.)
Intermediate Flow Yoga
A vinyasa style class designed to warm the body as students flow through the poses of yoga. Active in nature, this class will challenge your muscles and your mind as you gain strength, flexibility and balance. Intermediate postures and sequences are presented. Relaxation and breath work are offered at the end of each class, providing a wonderful mind-body experience. Most appropriate for experienced yogis. (75 min.)
Kids Yoga
Class will include physical poses, a brief relaxation time and most of all GAMES! Our instructors are trained to keep the kids smiling and engaged while increasing their strength and flexibility. Yoga is a wonderful compliment to all other physical activities and a great way for kids to decompress and have fun! Ages 5-9 please. (Wed. 30 min.) (Sun. 45 min.)
Power Yoga
An active and more physically challenging approach to yoga, this class combines dynamic and strength oriented movement with the breath. Improve your endurance, strength and flexibility while bringing the body and mind into balance. Enjoy learning a variety of poses taught in a mixed level format. All levels will sweat and have fun! (Tues. 75 min.)(Thurs. 60 min.)
Yoga
The practice of physical postures combined with simple breathing techniques seeks to harmonize the body by stretching tight areas, strengthening weak areas and balancing out right and left brain activity. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace. All fitness levels are welcome. (60 min.)
Iron Yoga
The best of yoga and weight-training meet here. Use weights as you breathe, sweat and connect mind, body and muscle. All fitness levels are welcome. (60 min.)
Kudalini Yoga
Uncoil your energy (or prana)! This heat-building yoga focuses on strengthening the mind and body through the repetition of flowing poses. Balance the systems of the body through this “yoga of awareness”. All fitness levels are welcome. (60 min.)
Ashtanga Yoga
A vigorous and disciplined style of yoga which follows a set series of poses. Appeal to your athletic side with this power-building practice. All levels will sweat and have fun! (60 min.)
Funky Yoga
It’s all about the music! Try all your favorite vinyasa flows to the beat of contemporary, alternative, reggae and classic rock tunes. All levels will sweat and have fun! (60 min.)
Soul Synthesis: Enjoy a blend of ballet, yoga and traditional fitness techniques as you improve balance, flexibility and strength. All fitness levels are welcome. (60 min.)
