BODYCOMBAT
An empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of discipline such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
BODYJAM
A cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. So grab a friend, get front and center and get high on the feeling of dance.
BODYSTEP
An energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
Boot Camp
This is a class that utilizes interval training techniques involving various callisthenic exercises, sports specific drills, agility moves, strength training, flexiblility and more. No choreography. All designed to make you sweat!
Combo
A 60 minute class that gives you a little bit of everything. Start with high/low aerobics, then move to step and end with conditioning. For intermediate & advanced members.
Lite n low
A low impact aerobic class lasting 30 minutes with 30 minutes of functional resistance training. Great for the beginner!
Power Sculpt
A low impact muscle conditioning class that covers the major muscle groups. Different props maybe used such as weights, tubes, body bars and balls.
Stretching is included and good for all fitness levels.
Step interval
Intervals of step aerobics and muscle conditioning. Abdominal work is included. For intermediate and advanced participants only.
Yoga fusion
Anything goes cardio with the last portion of class integrating yoga type exercise (i.e. yoga ball, regular yoga, yoga on the core board). Get the best of both worlds!
Zumba
Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO” allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
