Cycle Classes

Cycle Fitness Rules

You must be 14 years or older to take a cycling class.

Classes will be limited to 20 participants and will be on a first come first serve basis only.

Arrive early before the start of class to adjust your bike. There will be no admittance into class after five minutes from the start of class.

You must have a water bottle & towel to participate in class.

After class is over, wipe down/clean bike.

Class Descriptions

Cycle 45
A 45 minute ride using various terrains to simulate an outside ride. Great for all levels.

Cycle 1.0
This class is the same as cycle 45 but it is stretched out to a one hour class.

Cycle Core
A 45 minute ride and core strengthening at the end.

Cycle Express
A intense 30 minute ride to get you in and home to the family! All levels.

Cycle & Sculpt
Intervals of cycle mixed with toning exercise for an all over work out. All levels.

Intro to Cycle
This 30 minute introductory class will teach you how to set your bike and go over the basic terrains you will experience. Great for the novice indoor cyclist.

Intro to Cycle and Ride
A quick introduction to the bike settings, terrains, and safety followed by a quick ride. Great for beginners.
