Walking Club
September 7th, 2010Every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday we meet at the AFC at 8 AM. Light stretching, then a moderate to intense walk followed by a cool down, lead by a personal trainer. Enjoy the scenic lake views while you walk with new friends at your own pace. Free for all members.
